The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network of the United States Department of Treasury is implementing the Corporate Transparency Act. The Act impacts small businesses nationwide. At Levine & Levine we are working closely with our clients to inform them about the Act’s requirements and to assist them in filing the report correctly. Here is an introductory presentation giving viewers a brief overview of the federal law and the requirements.
