The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network of the United States Department of Treasury is implementing the Corporate Transparency Act. The Act impacts small businesses nationwide. Most small companies will be required to comply with the requirements of the federal law by filing a Beneficial Ownership Information Report in 2024. At Levine & Levine we are working closely with our clients to inform them about the Act’s requirements and to assist them in filing the report correctly.
